Hey, fresh start fam.

I’ll try to pen some thoughts that have been twirling around my head, and heart

As I walked into the backyard of our beautiful house, I breathed in the fresh crisp air. I noticed the delicate leaves, the movement in the water. “This is the first day of the rest of my life,” I gently whispered to myself and to the space that held me.

And so it was. A week of wholeness, of challenge, of love, acceptance, power, strength, resilience. A week of deep processing. Of old paradigms, old stories, outdated narratives. All the stuff that keep us stuck. Uncomfortable, unseen, unprotected, unproductive, unloved and in deep pain. A week to sink into a beautiful container, that included some beautiful, cherished souls; a warm welcoming home; and a strong commitment to ourselves, our group, our growth, and our healing. Holding a deep commitment to stepping into the most vibrant versions of ourselves. Collectively as a group, and each in our own place. It truly was a holy time, that I will deeply treasure for a long time.
